01What's the actual delivery time?
A pro site or landing page: 5 to 10 days. A business app or full e-commerce: 2 to 5 weeks. A custom SaaS platform: 6 to 12 weeks. The timeline is fixed in the quote before signing and held by weekly sprints.
02How does the day-to-day collaboration work?
Weekly framing call on Monday, demo every Friday. In between: a direct line, read access to the GitHub repo, and a staging link updated on every commit.
03What technologies do you use?

04Is the source code really ours?
Yes. The code lives in a GitHub repository owned by you, documented, versioned, with no black-box dependency on our side. You can modify it, audit it, have it maintained by someone else. The keys stay yours.
05How do you work with remote clients?
Communication happens by video and in writing. Demo every Friday, read access to the GitHub repo, staging link on every commit. As long as the timezones are compatible, it doesn't matter where you are in France or the European Union.
06What is your scope?
The studio ships production code: custom business software, web, e-commerce on a clean foundation, embedded AI. Native mobile apps (iOS/Android) and off-the-shelf CMS (Shopify, WooCommerce) belong to other studios. Every collaboration starts with a written specification, and art direction stays with those who write the code.
07Is NovAI based in France or Greece?
NovAI is a French SASU. The team has an operational relay in Eastern Crete for Mediterranean clients. Invoicing in France, across the entire European Union. No travel required: everything happens by video and in writing.
08Who is François Kerjean?
French developer, former dev-for-SMBs, with a relay in Eastern Crete since 2024. Founder of NovAI and Kairos Guest Management. Daily stack: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Python. He is both your commercial point of contact and the one writing your project's code.
09How are you different from a classic web agency?
NovAI is a boutique studio, one to three people per project. The developer who signs the quote is the one writing the code, from the first commit to going live. Tickets between €1,500 and €40,000 depending on format, firm quote within 72 hours.
