Existing solutions are either too expensive (classic recovery agencies, 15–25% commission) or too rudimentary (Word template + copy-paste). Nobody offers clean escalation on unpaid invoices with automatic follow-up then Electronic Registered Letter with legal value.
The solution
Ethical debt-recovery SaaS, designed for French freelancers and SMBs. Multi-sheet Excel invoice import, automatic client deduplication, 3-level escalation pipeline: friendly reminder, formal follow-up, formal notice. AI-assisted generation of follow-up emails calibrated by tone (humble vs corporate per segment). Electronic Registered Letter sending via MySendingBox integration (legal value). Tracking dashboard, real-time statuses, accounting export.
